How we handle your data — in plain language.

1. Who we are
This website (gabrytrike.com) is operated by Spazio Dor S.R.L., the company behind the GabryTrike project, with registered office at Str. Principală nr. 112, Sat Zăuan, Com. Ip, Jud. Sălaj, Romania (reg. no. J2026025057003, CIF 54490726). Spazio Dor S.R.L. is the data controller. For any privacy request, write to info@gabrytrike.com.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form. The name, email address and message you choose to send us, plus your consent to be contacted back.
- Technical logs. Like most sites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical data (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) to keep the site secure and running.
3. Why we use it (legal basis)
We use the form data only to read and reply to your message — based on your consent and on taking steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). Technical logs rely on our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Who we share it with
- FormSubmit delivers the form to our inbox; your details are sent to it only when you submit the form.
- Our hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc. stores and serves the website.
- We never sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
5. International transfers
Some providers, such as Cloudflare and FormSubmit, may process data outside the EU/EEA (for example in the United States). In these cases transfers take place only with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Cookies
This website does not use profiling, analytics or advertising cookies, and does not track you across other sites. Our fonts are served from this website itself, so no data is sent to third-party font services. External platforms you reach through our social links use their own cookies and privacy policies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary technical cookies for security, for example to recognise automated traffic: these do not require consent, which is why there is no cookie banner. The short notice you see on your first visit is only there to tell you that there are no tracking cookies here: when you close it, your browser remembers this in local storage (localStorage, entry avviso-privacy), which stays on your device and is not sent to us.
7. How long we keep it
We keep messages only for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards (up to 24 months), then delete them.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your data, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent at any time — just write to info@gabrytrike.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP; in Italy: the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version.
